Past Projects
Adjustment and re-centering of a three-layer steel I-beam load that shifted in transit while traveling by rail on flatbed railcar TTPX 81516. Each layer consisted of 4–5 bundles of I-beams secured with metal straps and clamps. The bottom layer was comprised of long I-beams running nearly the full length of the car, with minimal clearance between the beams and the wood-covered end walls.

IH offloaded the top two layers, measured the original center alignment based on markings and beam length, and repositioned the bundles accordingly. All work was performed in accordance with the original quote and scope approved by BNSF.
